Pair Barbier Chrome Lamps

Exceptional chrome over brass sculptural lamps by the furniture and light designer, Philippe Barbier. This is one of the largest versions we have found! Barbier worked in Paris during the 1960s and 1970s designing and producing lighting for French film sets under the name 'Maison Barbier'. He was known for his polished chrome pieces in an array of sculptural shapes.

Updated with new electrics, twisted fabric cord, brass fittings for an E27 lightbulb and new EU plug and switch. Available with lampshade off-white hemp handmade in Sweden with Italian fabrics from Astrid Textiles.
